First select the garment from our catalogue and then select colour & size you would like to order. Each item’s price is visible on the product page within our catalogue. Please note down your chosen items SKU code, colour and size.

Send all this information with your design via email and we shall get back to you with the price. Please note; if you would like to order less than £250 worth of products for Embroidery, then additional setup charges of £24.95 would be added to your order.

Yes, first select the garment and then select colour & size you would like to order from our catalogue.  Send us an email with your requirement of sizes and colours with SKU code of the garment and quantity you would like to order. We will send you the invoice to confirm. Once paid, your items would be delivered as soon as possible. We shall keep you posted with progress of the order.

Our order process is designed to make it as fast and easy as possible to position your design on multiple items at the same time. As such, products are grouped together by product type, size and colour. If you need different designs on exactly the same products, you should add/select separate items. First complete the 1st item, customise it, add it in basket and then click continue shopping to start the new design on the same product, its size and colour.

If you place few orders and have a single delivery address for all of them then we can combine your orders  provided you contact us before your first order is picked and packed. So, you can place multiple orders without incurring multiple delivery charges. We will try our best to save you multiple delivery charges however our decision is final in this matter.

Yes, there is. For single order value of less than £250 there is an additional setup charges of £24 which would be added to your order.

Once you have paid the embroidery  setup charge for your customisation, you will not be charged it again for the same design and size on any subsequent orders upto 24 months from the date of your first/original order. If you select same design,  but with different colours or different size, then it will be charged again. From time to time we run promotions where these charges are discounted or waived off.

Total of order £10 x 22 = £220

Add setup fee of £0 to the total above

Total payable on first order = £220

Unlike other personalised clothing websites, which may only offer a dozen products, Aurbi offers hundreds of different clothing items and we often increase our range with quality new items. Where possible, we try to provide as much detail of the product as possible but it is neither possible not practical  for us to professionally photograph every product and its all sides i.e. front, back, left and right, in every colour, for our online product preview.

What we try to provide instead is, just a main front preview image for each product type (and its available colours in dummy product images sometimes). Other views i.e. back, left and right sleeve etc would be in a dummy image. Once order is placed, we get all the information from you e.g. SKU, product colour and size which helps us prepare your order accurately.

Remember, the online preview is just a quick visualisation of what your final product will look like; our expert team checks every order to ensure it looks great when customised.

We send a digital proof for all embroidery and printing customisations (both logos and text). Embroidery proof on a physical garment is available only on large orders (orders with equal to or more than £250 in value). Please bear in mind that preparation of physical proof delays the order and also require full payment of entire order before we can commence process.

We do not send any physical proofs for printed text designs or Vinyl designs.

Steps we take:

You will be sent an email after you place the order. We then send another email soon afterwards (normally within 48-72 hours) with a digital proof file of your design attached. You will need to click the link in this email or reply to the email to approve your proof before we can complete your order. A proof is only sent the first time you order a customisation; for subsequent orders with same design and size, we will just produce the garment using your previous approved design. Ofcourse, we would always be happy to assist you in every possible manner to fulfil your order.

Standard Delivery is free on all orders over £50.

For courier delivery, a small charge of £4.99 for 2 to 3 day delivery is added to orders for shipping to mainland UK.

Delivery time scale start from the day your order is ready for dispatch not from the date of order. We currently use various courier companies to send items but do provide you with tracking info wherever applicable.

If your order is worth £250 or more, we offer free logo setup. For embroidery, single item order can be quite costly and may not be cost effective as setup cost  of £24  is added to each order. This setup charge is per order not per item. To simplify here are two examples:

  1. If a customer only orders 1 (one) item priced at £5 and adds embroidery design costing £7, the cost for them would be : £5+£7+£24=£36 excluding delivery. This way each garment would cost the customer £36 excluding delivery.
  2. If a customer orders 10 item priced at £5 and adds embroidery design costing £7, the cost for them would be : £50(10x£5)+£70(10x£7)+£24=£144 in total excluding delivery. This way each garment would cost customer £14.40 (£144/10) excluding delivery.

If your order is worth £250 or more, we offer free logo setup.

For Vinyl prints, each colour is charged separately. If you have an artwork which involves two colours or more, each colour is charged individually. These charges are on top of garment price and exclude delivery fee. Please get in touch for more information.

For embroidery we can accept most formats including pdf, .eps, jpeg, tiff or cdr you can direct us to your website or send a letterhead. For screen printing, to avoid additional artwork charges, we require an .eps tiff or ai file. We prefer high resolution images to provide you great product.

Yes we do.

Please note that single garment embroidery can become expensive with setup cost (Normally £24) in addition to embroidery & garment cost. Setup as well as embroidery prices depend on the complexity and size of design therefore we request you to send your design for accurate quote.
